Hi,
3 items for handyperson:Â
1. Have a wall mounted AC unit that needs leveling--on the outside, with a level, unit is slanted towards house so water runoff whether condensation from the unit or water from the rain runs toward the house.Â
2. Also need drywall repaired where water ran through cable inlet into the interior of wall. That inlet has been sealed, but drywall needs repaired.
3. Looks like wax seal at the base of toilet needs replacing.
Anybody? Recommendations appreciated.
